BEVLEE WATFORD has been appointed associate dean of equity and engagement for the College of Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Prior to that, she was a professor of engineering education and associate dean for academic affairs at Virginia Tech. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering and a master’s degree and doctorate in industrial engineering and operations research all from Virginia Tech.
