Dawn Mcnair DAWN BROWN MCNAIR has been named dean of mathematics and sciences at Livingstone College. She previously served as associate professor of mathematics at Johnson C. Smith University. McNair earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
