Terry Kidd TERRY T. KIDD has been appointed vice chancellor of academic affairs and workforce development at Southern UniversityShreveport in Louisiana. Previously dean of extended learning at Houston Community College, Kidd holds two bachelor’s degrees in information systems technology and history from the University of Houston, a master’s degree in information systems technology from the University of Houston and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.
