JAMINA SCIPPIO-MCFADDEN has been named director of the University of Massachusetts Center at Springfield where she has been serving as interim director for the past year. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bethune-Cookman University, a master’s degree in communications from the University of Florida and is currently a doctoral candidate in education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
