JULIAN R. WILLIAMS has been appointed the University of South Carolina’s first vice president for diversity, equity and inclusion. Most recently vice president of inclusion and diversity at George Mason University, Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Michigan State University.
