Jerome TinkerJEROME TINKER has been appointed executive director for the Jackson State University Development Foundation. In the past, he’s been executive assistant, board administrator and director of the foundation. Tinker holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Stillman College and a master’s in community development in housing with a certification in community planning from Prairie View A&M University.
