AILEEN UGALDE has been named senior vice president in the Office of the General Counsel at the University of Miami. During her nearly 30 years of service at the university, Ugalde has held a number of positions, including vice president for government affairs, assistant to the president and secretary to the board of trustees and general counsel of the university. She holds a bachelor’s in Latin American studies and international relations from Harvard University and a juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.
