Dee Frazier DEE FRAZIER has been named director of athletics at Clinton College in South Carolina. Frazier most recently served as a coach for the men’s basketball team at Wiley College in Texas. Frazier holds an associate degree from Clinton College and a bachelor’s in interdisciplinary studies from Valdosta State University in Georgia.
