RICHARD CHAU has been appointed chief investment officer at Tulane University. He currently oversees Tulane’s Investment
Management Office. He was previously a vice president at Bessemer Trust, where he helped manage multi-billion-dollar private equity and venture capital portfolios. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and Chinese from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia University.
