DeCoudreaux had a distinguished career as a lawyer and senior executive at Eli Lilly and Company before becoming president of Mills College in July 2011. She has served as a trustee and board chair at Wellesley College, director of the Wellesley College Alumnae Association, honorary director of the Indiana University Foundation and a member of the Indiana University School of Law Board of Visitors. She’s also served on the board of The Mind Trust and the Economic Club of Indiana Board of Governors.
