MONICA E. MONROMONICA-MONROEE has been appointed dean of students of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, effective in February. She is associate dean of students and a lecturer in law at the George Washington University Law School. Monroe earned a bachelor’s from Boston University and a juris doctor from George Washington.
