CELENA MONDIE-MILNER has been appointed director of new student services at The University of Texas at Austin, effective June 1. Mondie-Milner has served as director of orientation and new student programs at Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. She earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
